Shipping policy

All ring orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Custom engraved rings need an extra 2–4 business days for production before shipment. Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email with tracking number to monitor your parcel.

Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery, around 3–7 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination. Orders over $XX enjoy free standard shipping.

For international shipments, buyers are fully responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. We securely pack each ring in gift boxes with bubble packaging to avoid scratches or damage during transit.
